Do these short tubes on the outer jacket of this device serve to strengthen and support the jacket? I’ve never seen anyone do this before; how can some people still say it’s a case of cutting corners? Doesn’t that strengthen it?
It has a jacket inside, and these tubes are straining tubes. Prevent bulging under pressure
