Our factory has relatively few operation and maintenance personnel, and there are not many experienced masters. There are several pumps on site that are flushed with PLAN62. There is serious water accumulation in the pump platform. In the past, oil tanks were used to collect water and poured water regularly, and there were enough personnel to barely maintain it. Now due to the impact of the epidemic and cost reduction and efficiency improvement, the maintenance personnel have decreased sharply, and the sanitation cleaning time of the pump has been lengthened. I am thinking of pouring cement directly on the pump platform to form a water slope diagonally toward the rear drainage hole. I wonder if you seniors have any other ways to deal with it?
For serious water accumulation on the pump platform using PLAN62 seal flushing, the following solutions can be considered: 1. Increase cleaning frequency: Even if the maintenance personnel are reduced, regular sanitation and inspection of the pump must be ensured to maintain the normal operation of the pump. 2. Install drainage system: You can consider installing drainage holes or drainage channels on the pump platform to drain the accumulated water through the drainage system. Use waterproof materials: Waterproof materials, such as waterproof linoleum, waterproof paint, etc., can be used on the pump platform to isolate water sources and equipment and reduce the generation of water accumulation. 4. Configure automatic drainage device: An automatic drainage device can be installed to automatically drain water after the water accumulation is detected by the sensor, reducing the need for manual operation. 5. Strengthen training and technical support: Improve the technical level of operation and maintenance personnel and strengthen training to ensure that they can skillfully operate and maintain pump equipment. Why use PL62? Is the medium prone to crystallization or solidification?

Since you choose PL62, you should add a bottom slot hole at the bottom so that it can be discharged at any time. It is too tiring to clean it manually.~

Steam used? If you turn it down a little, there won't be a lot of condensation. If equipped with self-flushing, plan62 must be turned on. If external flushing is used, PLAN62 is not needed
It should be steam purging the condensate. Normally, the 62 plan has an interface connected to the pipe for external discharge.
