Reasons for high third-stage discharge pressure and rapid wear of piston rings in level-type piston compressors of stage 4
Possible causes include: leakage in the tertiary air valve, high temperatures due to an inefficient cooling system, excessive load on the compressor, insufficient lubrication, or poor quality of the lubricant. These problems can cause the exhaust pressure to rise and the piston rings to wear out too quickly. .

Generally, what materials are more wear-resistant?
This is an oil-free machine; there is no oil in the piston chamber, and the jacket temperature is around 30°
What working medium does your machine use? The piston rings should be 4F, right? Yours have no lubrication; you might consider replacing them with ones suitable for oil-free lubrication

An increase in the third-stage exhaust pressure may be caused by a leak in the fourth-stage intake or exhaust valve, resulting in a decline in the fourth stage’s performance. Piston rings made of PEK material are relatively wear-resistant; if they wear down too quickly, it may be necessary to consider whether the quality of the cylinder liner is poor Also, whether the medium contains many impurities. There is also the ellipticity of the cylinder liner and the piston rod runout, which need to be checked one by one. The piston rings made of peek material are quite hard and can sometimes enlarge the inner diameter of the cylinder liner.
I’m sorry; it is currently made of PTFE material, which wears out relatively quickly. The ellipticity of the cylinder block was measured and there are no issues; I also checked the surface of the cylinder block with my hand and found no scratches
The exhaust pressure at stage 3 increases, and the pressure at stage 4 reverses back to stage 3; this may be due to a leak in the exhaust valve of stage 3 or the intake valve of stage 4
