What are the technical requirements for installing the stirrer in a reaction vessel? Are there any requirements regarding verticality? How to measure it, how to adjust it?
After leveling the base and the transmission mechanism, the mixing shaft becomes straight automatically. I’ve never seen anyone measure its verticality, but it can be measured as well; if part of the shaft is exposed, it can be measured using a theodolite. In my opinion, an infrared level gauge can also be used inside the container for measurement, though I’m not sure how stable it would be. Generally, once the base is installed to the required standard, the mixing shaft will meet the requirements from an electrical perspective, as these issues are taken into account during the precision machining of the shaft.
