The facility is a refining plant, connected to units such as reformers and hydrogenation units; it is equipped with compressors, steam turbines, etc. According to the emergency plan regarding the pressure of the nitrogen pipeline network, when the pressure of this pipeline continues to drop, and reaches 0.15 Mpa, the large-scale units should prepare to shut down. Nitrogen can be used as the sealing gas for compressor dry gas seals; if the nitrogen pressure is too low or the supply is interrupted, the dry gas seal will fail. However, such sealing gases usually come equipped with a low-flow interlock.
