Da Yuansu provides equipment support for the Dushanzi Petrochemical Tarim 1.2 million tons per year Phase II ethylene project – a \"model project\" aimed at helping China National Petroleum Corporation pursue green and low-carbon development, leverage the advantages of integrated upstream and downstream operations, and promote the high-value utilization of resources. Following the acceptance, commissioning, and delivery of the first 450,000 tons per year polypropylene mixing, extrusion, and granulation unit for this project, the two sets of 450,000 tons per year full-density polyethylene extrusion and granulation units developed by Da Yaosu are now in the process of being disassembled, packaged, and shipped, after completing the necessary cold and hot state tests. This move marks a key milestone for the Dushanzi project; it not only lays an important foundation for the smooth progress of the project going forward, but also holds great significance for helping China’s petroleum refining industry to transform and upgrade itself and achieve high-quality development. Two sets of full-density polyethylene extrusion granulation units have achieved domestic production through a range of core technological innovations and process optimizations. The independently developed high-torque parallel hetero-directional dual-speed main reducer helps to achieve the technical goals of low noise and low vibration in these units. The eccentrically structured C-type double-column single-station hydraulic screen-changing device with a large filtering area meets the need for high-capacity online screen replacement in these units. Additionally, the technical challenge related to maintaining stable cutting pressure in underwater granulation devices has been overcome, providing effective technical support for the continuous and high-quality granulation of molten material at high temperatures. The rotor and barrel are manufactured through an integral forging process, with complex surfaces coated in hard chromium, to ensure that these key components can meet the production requirements for materials of various grades and with different melt indices. Next, Da Yaosu will focus on the key milestones of the project, enhance the use of lean management tools, and ensure a seamless transition between the shipment of the equipment and its on-site installation and commissioning. It will make every effort to overcome the \"last mile\" challenge in bringing the project online on time and to high standards, thereby ensuring that the project is delivered in accordance with those requirements.
