Gentlemen! During the production process, the oil sight glasses in the bearing housings of various pumps often become blurry. Even two months or even half a month after the pump is stopped for cleaning, these sight glasses start to turn yellow and become blurry again. Are there any sight glasses that are not prone to accumulating oil residues, or are there better solutions to this problem?

Clean the bearing housing, clean the oil sight glass, and replace the lubricating oil.
The surface just needs to be clean; there’s nothing that can be done about the inside. Unless there is an oil that can serve as a substitute, but often viscosity constraints force this approach.
We just clean the mirrors and replace the lubricant, but this is done too frequently. So we’re looking for ways to solve the problem without having to replace the oil or clean the mirrors, such as products or mirrors that prevent fogging on car mirrors or windshields
We all have external vacuum oil cups, but there is another one in the bearing housing as well. The external oil cups can be cleaned, while it is necessary to stop the pump in order to clean the glass sight glass located in the housing.
The view mirrors are integrated with the pump, and they come in various sizes; it’s difficult to find one that doesn’t cause blurring, and even if such a mirror is found, replacing it properly can still lead to leaks； Originally, with an external oil reservoir, the issue of lubricant level control could be perfectly resolved as long as it was managed properly.
