Dear seniors, one of the multi-stage centrifugal pumps of model BB5 in my workshop is experiencing vibrations that range from 4.0 to 7.5. During the day, when the temperature is high, the vibration level stays at 7.5; at night, when the temperature is low, the vibration level is around 4.5. The medium temperature has not changed; all mechanical aspects have been checked, and dynamic balancing has also been performed. I would appreciate any insights from everyone
Collect data and perform spectral analysis to examine the influencing factors
Is the pipeline design reasonable? What is the medium temperature?
Is it possible that it is affected by pipeline stress?
