What is the design temperature of the container in the spherical tank unit?

For the containers that are directly connected to the spherical tank in a spherical tank installation, such as the dewatering tank (horizontal tank) connected to the spherical tank, should its design temperature be set at the same level as that of the spherical tank, or at the normal operating temperature plus 20°C? Solve
The dehydrator stores water and liquefied gas; I think it should also be considered a tank for storing liquefied gas at room temperature
I’m not sure whether there are any valves that serve as separators or for regulation; I think the design temperature should be determined based on the actual operating conditions, or, for safety reasons, the highest operating temperature in the system should be used as a reference.

The design temperature is the same as that of the spherical tank for the design pressure.
