Let’s test everyone: How is a calculation report prepared for vertical equipment using seamless pipes as the cylinder body?
When calculating the material selection for the cylinder, isn’t it enough to just choose a pipe? I’m still thinking too simply: L
Vertical containers by default have only an inner diameter, while horizontal containers have both an inner diameter and an outer diameter. Perhaps it’s unreasonable for the software to use a vertical design for such a small diameter.
For the horizontal vessels, heat exchangers, and components of SW6, the outer diameter can be used as the basis for determining the cylinder dimensions, with a default negative deviation of 10% in the software

When dealing with cylindrical shapes, I use the outer diameter as if it were the inner diameter, calculate the thickness accordingly, then determine the inner diameter and calculate the thickness again; this process only needs to be repeated two or three times
