Announcement by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on the Revision of the “Catalogue of Special Equipment” (No. 114, 2014). In accordance with the provisions of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Safety of Special Equipment” and the “Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment”, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine has revised the “Catalogue of Special Equipment”. With the approval of the State Council, it is now promulgated and put into effect. At the same time, the \"Notice on Publication\" (Guo Jian Zhi Guo [2004] No. 31) and the \"Notice on Adding Items to the Catalogue of Special Equipment\" (Guo Jian Zhi Te [2010] No. 22) are repealed. The “Catalogue of Special Equipment” is interpreted by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. This is to announce. Attachment: Catalogue of Special Equipment, General Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, October 30, 2014. Catalogue of Special Equipment. Code, Type, Category, Product Type: 1000 Boilers. Boilers refer to devices that use various fuels, electricity, or other forms of energy to heat the liquid contained within them to certain parameters, and provide thermal energy by releasing that medium outward. Such boilers are defined as pressure-bearing steam boilers with a designed normal water level volume of 30L or more, and a rated steam pressure of 0.1MPa (gauge pressure) or higher ; Pressurized hot water boilers with an outlet water pressure of 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) or higher, and a rated power of 0.1 MW or higher ; Organic heat carrier boilers with a rated power of 0.1 MW or greater. 1100 Pressurized steam boilers 1200 Pressurized hot water boilers 1300 Organic heat carrier boilers 1310 Organic heat carrier vaporized boilers 1320 Organic heat carrier liquidized boilers 2000 Pressure vessels: Pressure vessels refer to sealed devices that hold gases or liquids and are subjected to a certain pressure. They include fixed and mobile containers whose maximum operating pressure is 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) or higher for gases and liquefied gases, and whose maximum operating temperature is equal to or higher than their standard boiling point; such containers also have a volume of 30 L or more and an inner diameter of 150 mm or more (for non-circular cross-sections, this refers to the largest geometric dimension of the cross-section) ; Gas cylinders, liquefied gas cylinders, and cylinders for liquids with a standard boiling point of 60°C or lower, whose nominal working pressure at full charge is greater than or equal to 0.2 MPa (gauge pressure), and whose product of pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 1.0 MPa•L ; Oxygen chamber. 2100 Fixed-pressure vessels 2110 Ultra-high-pressure vessels 2130 Class III pressure vessels 2150 Class II pressure vessels 2170 Class I pressure vessels 2200 Mobile pressure vessels 2210 Railway tank cars 2220 Road tank cars 2230 Tube trailers 2240 Tank containers 2250 Pipe bundle containers
This post already exists. It has been executed now.
I don’t understand; does it have an impact on the approval certificate? Are there any audit certificates for A3 (spherical tanks) as well?
This is a license for boiler and vessel manufacturing, and it has nothing to do with design.
Is it unrelated to design? The supervision regulations apply to design, manufacturing, use, inspection, and maintenance; is this law only applicable to manufacturing? A bit puzzled. I hope you can give some more advice.
It also has something to do with design – that is, what kind of boilers or pressure vessels need to be inspected. It has nothing to do with the A1 and A2 design certificates you mentioned.
