Cracks in 12CrMoG tubes

The tube array is fixed at around 300 degrees, with alumina raw material slurry outside the tubes. Steam at 10 MPa in the pipe developed cracks after less than half a year of use. Does any expert know the reason? Please advise
Is it a heat exchanger? Cracks in that area?
It’s not a heat exchanger; it’s a pipe used to heat the slurry. It can stretch freely.
In the middle of the pipe (explained for 20 meters long).
I wonder if the temperature fluctuates frequently? If fatigue cracking is suspected, it’s advisable to have an installation diagram/structural diagram.
Conduct physical and chemical tests to check if there are any issues with the quality of the pipes.
It could also be that the pipe section in question was not manufactured properly.
