Crystallization issues in gas boiler pipelines and problems with insufficient steam pressure

Our plant uses 30t gas boilers; the main gas pipeline is a DN300 pipe. The gas used is the purified gas obtained after hydrogen extraction from coke oven gas. After coming out of the PSA unit, this gas travels through pipes that are over 500 meters long, passes through a liquid separation tank, and then goes through a heater before reaching the burner. Recently, crystallization has been occurring in these pipes. In the past, a gas pressure of 10 Kpa was sufficient to ensure normal operation, but these days, even with a gas pressure of 30 Kpa, the steam pressure drops by half. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem? Do you have any good suggestions?

Crystallization causes pipe blockages, resulting in a low flow rate of fuel gas to the burner and high pressure; this prevents the boiler from reaching its intended load. It is recommended to flush the pipes with hot water, then dry and purge them, and finally install filters as well as a liquid separation tank
