Can retirees work as quality and design assurance engineers for pressure vessel manufacturing? I would appreciate some guidance from an expert.
In principle, it’s not possible. . . I need the record of changes in pension insurance contributions. . . I’m retired now; continuing to pay might still be useful

I am now retired but have been rehired as a quality assurance specialist for container manufacturing and as the person in charge of container design technology; all that’s required is an employment contract between the two parties. Retirees do not need insurance, but employers can purchase commercial insurance such as insurance for work-related injuries and accidents.
No problem, as long as one has the capabilities and the employer is willing to hire them!

It’s not impossible, but corresponding responsibilities and authorities are required; the quality assurance officer or technical supervisor must assume the responsibility for system management.
Those born in the 80s will retire around 65, right?
