Please tell me, the customer in the large reactor said that the bottom three are agitators and the top one is a demister. What is the structure of this demister?
I have seen this kind of reactor, which relies on rotation to break up the foam, and the defoaming effect is average.
From the picture, does it look like a rotating iron rod breaks the foam?
It should be a simple paddle. It has a defoaming effect. It should have more foam and is easier to use.~
It seems to be the simplest rod or plate rotation to break the foam.
It will be better to wrap some stainless steel wire mesh around the rod.
It can also have a zigzag or comb-like structure to facilitate foaming
From the perspective of the eighth and ninth floors, it should be better to remove foam.
