In accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Safety of Special Equipment and the Regulations on the Supervision of the Safety of Special Equipment, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine has formulated three technical specifications for the safety of special equipment: the Rules for the Use and Management of Special Equipment, the Rules for the Maintenance of Elevators, and the Technical Supervision Regulations for Special Motor Vehicles Used in Industrial Sites； In light of the implementation situation, certain provisions of the \"Regulations on Safety Technical Inspection of Boilers\" (TSG G0001-2012), the \"Regulations on Safety Technical Inspection of Mobile Pressure Vessels\" (TSG R0005-2011), the \"Regulations on Safety Technical Inspection of Pressure Relief Device\" (TSG ZF003-2011), and the \"Assessment Outline for Persons in Charge of Special Equipment Safety Management\" have been revised. These revisions are hereby approved for issuance and implementation. The \"Rules for the Registration, Record-keeping and Use Management of Special Equipment\" (Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau Document No. Guo Fa [2001] 57) were repealed on August 1, 2017.
