What type is this spring bracket, and what is its full name?

The roller should be modified by welding a spring bracket to it. Look at the top of the bracket; there is a roller stop welded there. The function of this bracket is to limit the movement of the tower, preventing it from swaying from side to side. It also needs to accommodate the vertical expansion of the tower during operation; therefore, wheels are installed to reduce wear.
