Selection of intermediate coat and topcoat

There is a 5,000 cubic meter storage tank with a fiberglass lining. For fiberglass, an epoxy resin primer is chosen as the base coat; how should the top coat and intermediate coats be selected? Does anyone know? Could you please tell me?
My understanding is that the primer should be a glass flake lining mortar, which is generally a lipid-based compound. In HG/T3797-2005, mortars are classified into 3 main categories: epoxy mortars (code EPGF), unsaturated polyester mortars (UPGF), and vinyl ester mortars (VEGF); for details, refer to standard HG/T3797-2005. Which standard does the image provided by the poster come from?
Do you use epoxy resin to make fiberglass reinforced plastic, or vinyl resin?
