How should the roof of large storage tanks be designed? The reference book only covers arches with a volume of 10,000 cubic meters; how should arches with a volume greater than 10,000 cubic meters be designed? Help needed
The diameter of ribbed spherical tank shells should not exceed 40 meters; for storage tanks with a capacity of 20,000 cubic meters and a roof, grid-shell roofs are generally used

Generally, the roof structures of large storage tanks are designed and manufactured by specialized mesh shell manufacturers. The common types of mesh shell roofs include spatial triangular mesh shells and meridional mesh shell roofs; for more specific information, one can search on Baidu for details on the mesh shell structure types used in large storage tanks
