As the title states, I would like to ask for advice on whether the single-sided welding of Q345R circumferential seam with a diameter of 3200 and a thickness of 110mm requires full penetration of 150mm using Appendix D.1 Figure g?
It's definitely OK according to the standards.; Why do you need to weld it on one side if it is so thick and has such a large diameter?
It is too difficult. The key is the bottom weld. With such a thick steel plate, can the quality of the bottom weld be guaranteed? The diameter of the container is so large that it can be welded on both sides. If it can be welded on both sides, do not weld on one side.
The structure is limited, and the last ring seam
It should be so big that there should be holes in it. It can be welded inside.
Even if there is no manhole, we have to weld on one side.
No manholes for such a large diameter? Can people enter the process pipeline port?
I agree with you, double-sided welding should be used as much as possible to ensure quality.

No one can enter inside. What should I do if the welds are repaired?
The structure is an evaporator with internal hole welding. The circumferential weld between the internal hole welded tube plate and the cylinder is useless even if there are holes.
