It depends on the type of centrifuge: 1. Ordinary filtration centrifuges all have a limit on the maximum loading capacity of their drums; exceeding this limit may cause damage to the equipment. 2: Due to the limitation of the drum volume in sedimentation centrifuges, excessive feeding will exceed the overflow limit, resulting in a reduced separation efficiency and higher operating current. In the design of conventional centrifuges, the loading limit and the maximum load capacity of the drum are both prerequisites for calculating the drum’s strength.
Does it mean high flow rate??? In fully automatic mode, feeding will stop automatically once the material level is full; if the flow rate is high but the machine operates steadily, there’s no problem
