As shown in the picture below, because the flue is 300°C and the originally designed smoke outlet is 800°C, the manufacturer is asked to add a variable diameter. The outlet temperature is about 3.4 degrees Celsius. Will there be a problem if the diameter suddenly becomes smaller?

1. Add a reduced diameter to the flue. If the manufacturer takes the initiative, the reduced diameter of the flue outlet must be reflected on the boiler body drawing submitted for boiler inspection. The manufacturer re-verified the smoke resistance calculation and found that the smoke exhaust speed met the design standards. 2. If the flue diameter is required to be reduced due to external installation restrictions, please ask the manufacturer to assist in re-verifying the smoke resistance and confirming whether the currently selected blower matches the current plan and its impact on the boiler power. (Written proof is required) Will this cause any problems?: It should be unpredictable and can only be said to be possible or impossible. like: When the burner ignites, if the ignition fails, some gas will remain in the boiler. Normally, if ignition fails, purge is required to blow out the remaining gas out of the furnace. But now that the flue has become smaller, is it possible to blow out the remaining gas within a fixed period of time? If it is not blown out and ignition fails many times, there will be a large amount of residual gas. It will explode if ignited again.
