During operation, the bed temperature dropped suddenly, along with the temperature at the furnace outlet and the temperature of the return material. Meanwhile, the temperature in the tail flue increased, as did the exhaust gas temperature. I would like some advice on how to solve this problem.
Reduce the air intake volume while appropriately adjusting the exhaust air volume.
How to adjust it? The technician increased the amount of primary air and stirred it, which made things a little better. Increasing the primary air flow should aim to enhance complete combustion, right?
