The interior of the top of a circulating hydrogen desulfurization tank usually contains distribution devices, reactors, catalyst beds, etc. The working principle is roughly as follows: 1. Distribution device: The feed oil and hydrogen enter from the top of the tank, where they are evenly dispersed by the distribution device to ensure full contact with the catalyst. 2. Reactor: Contains the catalyst and provides a space for the reactants to come into contact with it. Under the action of the catalyst, the sulfides in the crude oil are hydrogenated and removed, converting into hydrogen sulfide. 3. Catalyst bed: The catalyst is usually cobalt-molybdenum/aluminum oxide, which can catalyze the desulfurization reaction. Hydrogen and sulfur-containing crude oil react under the action of a catalyst to produce desulfurized oil and hydrogen sulfide, which then emerge from the bottom of the tank for further processing. .

Circulating hydrogen desulfurization tower: The circulating hydrogen enters from the middle and lower part of the desulfurization tower and exits from its upper part; The lean liquid is injected from a position slightly below the top of the desulfurization tower; the upward-flowing cyclic hydrogen comes into contact with the downward-flowing mist-like lean liquid, absorbing hydrogen sulfide from the cyclic hydrogen to form a rich liquid, which is then drawn out from the bottom of the tower and sent to the regeneration unit.
