If a economizer is added after the waste heat boiler to recover 1 MW of heat from the flue gas, will the boiler be able to produce an additional 1 MW of evaporation, resulting in an evaporation rate of 1.5 t/h?
It’s theoretically possible! It cannot be actually achieved
It can be achieved without taking into account energy consumption and various heat losses
The heating surfaces of the boiler economizer cannot be reused as evaporation heating surfaces, so this goal cannot be achieved.
