It’s the periodic self-inspection section stipulated in 7.1.5 of the TSG21-2016 specification. Note that it does not refer to periodic inspection but according to this specification. 8.1.6.1 , the first periodic inspection of metal pressure vessels is 3 years after they are put into use. In these 3 years, are annual inspections still required every year? Section 7.2.4 says that an annual inspection report should be issued. Does this annual inspection report require CMA certification? Also, simple pressure vessels are exempt from registration and periodic inspection during their service life. But do they need annual inspections for this simple pressure vessel? In 7.1.11, it is only vaguely stated that the user unit should conduct self-inspections. Is this self-inspection an ordinary daily inspection and monthly inspection sufficient, or does it also require an annual inspection and the issuance of a report?

Therefore, whether annual inspections and reports are required need to be determined based on specific circumstances and actual needs. In some special cases, annual inspections and reports may be required to ensure the safe operation of pressure vessels. It is recommended that you consult with the relevant regulatory authorities or professional organizations to determine whether annual inspections and reports are required. .

Of course, you can also have a few people from your unit who hold special equipment A certificates. They also issue reports according to the format. However, you still need to negotiate with your regulatory department whether this is recognized.
