There is a fiberglass tank with a diameter of 3500 and a height of 5200; should fine sand be laid on the foundation before installing it? Are there any other methods? Are there any standards for the installation of fiberglass tanks?

Can rubber pads be used in place of sand at the bottom?
Fine sand would be best. The rubber pad shows signs of aging; it’s not as good as fine sand.
