What procedures are required to use a pressure vessel as a non-pressure vessel?

In production, it is designed as a pressure vessel, but it is not a pressure vessel when in use. Regarding the procedures to be followed: 1. For those that have already been registered, cancellation or suspension of registration can be carried out. What about new equipment? Should registration be handled first before cancellation? It’s still better not to go through registration. If registration isn’t required, are there any other procedures needed?
If it is confirmed to be used as a vessel not subject to the regulations on fixed capacity, then there is no need to go through procedures such as registration required by those regulations, and the various documents used to obtain a vessel usage certificate during its design and manufacture as a pressure vessel are also no longer necessary.

Since the manufacturer has provided the inspection report and there is a pressure vessel registration certificate, it is better to cancel that certificate locally.
No special procedures are required; it is treated as a pressure vessel during manufacturing, but it can be used as a normal-pressure vessel in practice, and can be managed as such.
