Is a qualification required for the connection pipeline between the 2 devices?

There are 2 units connected to each other via a connecting elbow~ Can only those with qualifications for the design and manufacture of pressure vessels produce such connecting elbows? Does the intermediate connecting elbow fall under the category of pressure pipelines, and is a qualification for pressure pipelines required? See the figure below for details~

Whether the elbow used for connection in the middle falls under the category of pressure pipelines, and whether a qualification for handling pressure pipelines is required? Pressure pipelines have certain requirements; I’m not aware of your specific parameters. State Quality Inspection Agency Special Circular [2007] No. 402: Notice on Further Improving the Supervision of Safety in Boilers, Pressure Vessels, and Pressure Pipelines (II) Requirements for Pipe Fittings Manufactured by Pressure Vessel Manufacturers. Units that have obtained a license for pressure vessel manufacturing may produce connection fittings and flanges used in the production of pressure vessels by their own companies; however, the fittings and flanges they manufacture for use with pressure pipelines shall not be sold separately. Gas compressor, nitrogen production, and oxygen production manufacturers that have obtained a license for the manufacture of pressure vessels may install gas pipelines on skid-mounted products. Otherwise, a license for pressure pipeline component assembly devices must be obtained.
Please carefully examine the specifications and how 150 defines the interface between the equipment units
