Gurus, take a look at what the structure of the kiln head in a rotary kiln is
There are two pneumatic valves in the gas valve assembly; it seems that the temperature at the kiln head is extremely high, as the burners have turned discolored due to the heat
To be honest: it’s a bit messy. The entire set of equipment has been seen in methanol-to-hydrogen plants.
It’s clearly a fuel line; it’s probably a gas line. Another wire was connected after the pneumatic valve; it’s likely to compensate for the calorific value of the fuel.
Generally, the main fuel in rotary kilns contains a high amount of nitrogen and has a low calorific value. Some natural gas will be mixed in to increase the calorific value
