Regarding flanged flanges

I would like to ask the experienced colleagues here about the strength calculation and design standards for flanged edges. I’m not sure if anyone here has experience in designing such components, so I hope you can offer some guidance. Thank you :)
There is a detailed explanation on page P145 of GB150.3; since no one has answered, I’ll have to do it myself :)
