Based on the actual conditions of manufacturing and use of pressure vessel equipment for refrigeration and air conditioning, pressure vessels for refrigeration produced in accordance with \"Pressure Vessels for Refrigeration Equipment\" (NB/T 47012) may be exempted from the requirements of 3.2.10.2.2.4(2) of the \"Regulations on Fixed Pressure Vessels\". How should this clause be understood? Can containers designed in accordance with \"Pressure Vessels for Refrigeration Equipment\" (NB/T 47012) be exempted from surface inspection?
Pressure vessels for refrigeration and air conditioning are manufactured in accordance with \"Pressure Vessels for Refrigeration Equipment\" (NB/T 47012), which allows exemption from the requirements of 3.2.10.2.2.4(2) of the \"Regulations on Fixed Pressure Vessels\".
For the wound cylinder (refrigerant side), Class A and B butt joints should be inspected only by radiography or ultrasonic testing; surface inspection is not required. Welded joints of types C, D, and E (refrigerant side) do not require surface inspection. For refrigeration pressure vessels, in order to ensure cleanliness, the refrigerant side is generally subjected to a pneumatic test.
