Is the fire foam tank of the device a pressure vessel?

As the title suggests, it refers to the fire foam tank of a device; its design pressure is 1.0 Mpa, and the medium used is fire foam. Does this constitute a pressure vessel?

Firstly, such a container is definitely a pressure vessel. To determine whether it falls under the regulations applicable to solid-state vessels, it is necessary to check whether it meets Article 2 of Section 1.3 of the relevant regulations; if so, it is considered a Class I vessel. According to Article 2 of Section 1.4.2, it must also meet the general requirements, as well as the design and manufacturing requirements specified in the regulations. If it is not met, it falls outside the scope of tolerance specifications.
It can be managed as a pressure vessel, but it belongs to fire protection facilities.
