We are an LNG chemical plant, and our equipment has been operating intermittently for almost three years now. What tests are required for the first inspection of such special equipment after three years? Only the area that needs to be inspected or X-rayed has to be removed. They are usually tees, elbows, reducers, etc. Wall thickness also needs to be measured! You need to prepare the single-line diagram, axonometric view, and PID diagram! Every piece of data must be recorded!
