Filling of liquefied hydrocarbon road tankers

In our workshop, we use fluid loading arms to fill tank cars. However, after filling is complete, there is a problem: there is a section of pipeline between the gas-liquid transfer valve and the tank car’s control valve, and the liquefied hydrocarbons in that pipeline are often discharged on-site. But today, after reviewing the requirements regarding mobile filling outlined in GB50160, it is clearly prohibited to discharge substances on-site. Does anyone know how this problem is usually resolved?

Aren’t all fillers equipped with a root valve? Just turn off the root valve, that’s it
