1. Regularly listen for any abnormal vibrations or noises inside the glass-lined reactor; if such abnormalities are detected, reduce the speed and stop the machine immediately for inspection, in order to prevent production accidents and other issues; 2. Configuration of the seal for glass-lined reaction vessels: If the reaction vessel is equipped with a mechanical seal, a water cooler should be installed and water should be used for cooling when the operating temperature exceeds 70°C ; If the enamel-lined reactor is equipped with a packing seal, then when the operating temperature exceeds 100°C, a water cooler must be used to provide cooling by water, in order to prevent damage to the sealing elements ; 3. Inspection of power devices such as motors: First, check whether the sound is normal ; Secondly, use your hand to feel the operating temperature of various components such as the reducer, motor, and frame bearings: generally, the normal temperature should be less than or equal to 40°C, and the maximum temperature should also be less than or equal to 60°C (it is considered normal if one can hold their hand on these surfaces for more than 8 seconds) ; 4. Maintenance of the reducer unit: Operators should regularly check whether there is any oil leakage from the reducer, whether the shaft seals are in good condition, and whether the oil pump is supplying oil properly. They should also examine the oil level and quality inside the reducer box, as well as whether there is a lack of oil in the oil reservoir used for the enamel reaction kettle; if necessary, the appropriate oil should be added or replaced ; 5. Check whether safety devices such as glass-lined safety valves, pressure gauges, explosion-proof membranes, and thermometer casings are accurate, sensitive, and functional; verify that the safety valves and pressure gauges have been calibrated and are properly sealed, ensure that the red line on the pressure gauge is marked correctly, and check for any internal leaks in the explosion-proof membranes ; 6. For the inspection of glass-lined mixers, ensure that the mixing shaft remains clean and exposed to light; carefully check whether the shaft rotates in a clockwise direction, as reverse rotation is strictly prohibited ; 7. Check the glass-lined reactor’s flanges and base for any loose bolts, and ensure that the safety guards are in good condition and reliable ; 8. Check whether all the inlet and outlet valves of the enamel-lined reactor are in good condition and functional; any issues must be addressed promptly ; 9. Check the glass-lined reactor body for any cracks, deformation, bulging, perforations, corrosion, leaks, etc. Also examine whether the insulation and paint are intact, and whether there is any peeling or charring; if any problems are found,
