The safety valve selected for the gas storage tank is: A28Y-16C DN50, with a design temperature of -20 and a design pressure of 1.0. The inlet port has specifications of PN20 DN100 (114.3X4.78). Question 1: In which standards can the parameters for this model be found? Question 2: The image shows a calculation sheet prepared by our company using SW6; why is the inner diameter of the feed pipe 104.7? How is the actual discharge area A0 of the discharge device determined? (Are these the parameters from the safety valve manufacturer?) There are still many parameters that haven’t been filled in – is it appropriate to carry out calculations this way?
The inner diameter is the outer diameter of the tube minus twice the wall thickness
The safety valve for this model should be available in the valve manual; if not, try searching on Baidu…
