Does a backpressure unit require a high-pressure heater?

Our company plans to install a 130 T/h high-temperature and high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler, along with a 6 MW backpressure steam turbine, featuring an inlet steam pressure of 8.83 MPA and an exhaust pressure of 4.2 MPA. Is it necessary to equip such a system with high-pressure and low-pressure heaters?
It is necessary to consider the entire plant’s heat recovery system, that is, the boiler feedwater temperature. If the designed feedwater temperature for the boiler is 150°C, then a deaerator is sufficient and no high-pressure heater is needed; if the designed feedwater temperature is 215°C, it is necessary to consider using steam extracted from the turbine as a source of steam for the high-pressure heater in order to heat the feedwater.
High-backpressure steam turbines do not currently have high-pressure reheaters designed; only low-pressure reheaters and shaft reheaters are available. High-backpressure steam turbines are difficult to operate.

The superheated steam temperature in the boiler is even lower than your backpressure value. Boilers and turbines are considered together for overall plant balance, and the selection of these components is interrelated.
