Pressure vessel design firms are required to submit reports on their design work every year; those who have templates for such reports would be kind enough to share them. Thank you!
Are you referring to xx drawing number, xx location code, xx equipment name, xx project name, xx designer, xx reviewer, xx approver, and xx date of signature?
It is required to be reported, but no one cares if factory enterprises fail to do so.
