I heard that this testing process doesn’t require removing the insulation, there’s no need to return the material, and the temperature can be set arbitrarily. Does that mean there’s no need to do RBI? ? ? Can we just start working and do all the DR right away? ? ? ?
DR is similar in nature to radiographic inspection; it simply uses computer technology in combination with imaging plates to display images visually, and it also requires the insulation layer to be removed~

DR isn’t as amazing as you say; it depends on the size and thickness of your pipeline. It has a certain range of penetration, and if the medium inside the pipeline is a liquid, the radiation is attenuated more, making it possible that penetration won’t be possible at all. Everything depends on the circumstances! Not everything can be left undone! :'(:'(:'(
We are currently conducting DR inspections, and indeed, as you said, there is a limited range of penetration; pipes with large diameters cannot be inspected. . .
