Which friend has encountered a situation where the inner surface of the tubes in a heat exchanger needs to be coated with amino-epoxy paint for corrosion protection? What exactly is amino-epoxy paint? Is it applied manually or by spraying? The medium in question comes from chemical plants and water towers – it’s the cooling water used throughout the factory
I’m not very knowledgeable; it’s the first time I’ve heard that the inner surface of the tubes in a heat exchanger needs to be painted. How can we ensure the durability of the paint film? What to do about tube box corrosion after descaling? Will the peeling paint film contaminate the medium?

The drawings provided by the client in the contract are the original ones, and the requirements are stated there. During the bidding process, there were too many pieces of equipment, so I didn’t examine them carefully; therefore I’m not sure exactly how to proceed
You can find a paint factory and ask about the construction plan for amino-epoxy paint.
There are professional manufacturers of internal anti-corrosion coatings for pipes

Anti-corrosion paint is applied to the equipment; the piping system mentioned by the original poster probably does not include the heat exchange tubes. I have worked on water treatment equipment for power plants, and some of that equipment also had anti-corrosion paint applied to it.
Most heat exchanger manufacturers can do this; you might want to ask them~:lol

The requirement to apply amino-epoxy paint on the inner surface of the heat exchanger tubes for corrosion protection likely refers to the inside of the tube box; I’ve really never seen corrosion protection applied to the inside of the heat exchange tubes themselves
Mm. Professional heat exchanger manufacturers can do it. Rather than applying anti-corrosion treatments inside heat exchange tubes with small diameters, it is better to upgrade the material of the tube bundle itself, using copper, stainless steel, graphite, or even titanium alloy tubes.
