MO sources, namely high-purity metal organic sources, are one of the key raw materials used in the manufacture of LEDs, next-generation solar cells, phase-change memory devices, semiconductor lasers, and RF integrated circuit chips. For level monitoring in the MO source storage tank, an external-mounted level gauge can be used; the probe is placed at the bottom of the tank, allowing for accurate measurements. The external-mounted level gauge for measuring MO source storage tanks features easy installation without the need for drilling holes, high measurement accuracy, a small measurement blind zone, the ability to display readings on-site or transmit them to a central control system, high stability in performance, sealed probes with good water resistance, a two-wire system, and the advantage that the main unit does not require separate power supply.

The main types of MO sources include trimethylgallium, triethylgallium, trimethylindium, triethylindium, trimethylaluminum, triethylaluminum, diethylzinc, tert-butylphosphine, etc. For specific installation methods and scope of application, you can add me as a friend.
Any type of gas cylinder of this kind can be used; currently, users are using ones with a height of 20 cm.
