Daily maintenance of stainless steel reactors: The corrosive substances used in chemical plants are quite complex, which creates harsh conditions for the operation of stainless steel reactors; therefore, regular maintenance of these reactors is particularly important. 1. Corrosion protection for the jacket of stainless steel reactors: During each inspection cycle, the reactor jacket is polished, rust removed from it, and anti-corrosion paint applied to extend the equipment’s service life. 2. Keep the stirring shaft clean; it must rotate in a clockwise direction only, reverse rotation is strictly prohibited. 3. When adding materials, care must be taken to prevent metals or hard objects from falling into the tank, so as not to damage the equipment. 4. When using a jacket, it is advisable to heat slowly, ensuring that the temperature does not exceed the pressure tolerance of the reactor. 5. Regularly check the equipment for any damage or abnormal vibration noises. 6. Check whether the sounds of the reducer and motor are normal, as well as the quality and quantity of oil in the gearbox; add more oil or replace it with new oil if necessary. 7. When starting up, check the temperature of the reducer, motor, and frame bearings; the maximum temperature should not exceed 60 degrees. 8. Closely monitor whether the safety operation indicator instruments are sensitive, whether the safety valves and pressure gauges are properly calibrated, and whether there is any internal leakage in the explosion-proof valves. 9. Check whether the inlet and outlet valves are in good condition, whether the bolts on the flanges and the frame are loose, and whether the safety guards are functioning properly. 10. Establish a system for the use and maintenance of stainless steel reaction vessels; ensure proper use of the equipment, maintain basic hygiene, keep records of maintenance activities, and guarantee the safe and proper operation of the equipment.
