The tank is 12.5 meters in diameter and 26 meters high. There are two layers of circumferential welds and the longitudinal welds in between are leaking. There is slurry inside. After the seepage, the scabs began to fall down. At present, the trough cannot be withdrawn, and the welding seam is planned to be covered with tiles outside.
Temporarily, wrap the entire board outside first, and pay attention to cleaning the welding area and whether preheating is required.
Lower the material level. If it is flammable, apply inert gas with slight positive pressure to patch it. Patch more points, especially the entire weld circle. If there is a problem with the stress in other positions, you can either polish it and color it.
This tank relies on overflow to flow to the next tank. The liquid level cannot be lowered. Once the original weld seam is processed, there is a fear of leakage. I will cover the tiles after cleaning the scars.

If the pressure is normal, it is recommended to use glue to plug the leak. If it is welding, it depends on whether it is safe. After all, safety comes first.
