Precautions for the design, manufacturing, and inspection processes of highly hazardous media: 1. Prepare welding test specimens for each individual product. (GB150.4-2011 9.1.1.1a \ \"Code for Fixed Pressure Vessels\" 4.3.1) 2. Welded joints of classes AB must undergo 100% radiographic testing or UT testing. (Article 10.3.1 of GB150.4-2011) 3. Nominal diameter DN

Regarding the design, pay attention to the following points: 1. When carbon steel and low-alloy steel plates with a thickness of 12 mm or more (excluding the plates of multi-layer pressure vessels) are used to manufacture the main pressure-bearing components of pressure vessels, ultrasonic testing shall be carried out on each plate in accordance with NB/T 47013.3-2015, and the qualification grade shall be no lower than Grade I (NB/T 47013.3-2015 Amendment 1). 2. After passing the voltage withstand test, a leakage test shall be conducted. The type, pressure, and technical requirements for the leakage test shall be specified by the designer in the design documents. 3. The weld joints between the flange and the shell, as well as those of the jacketed vessel, shall adopt a fully penetrated structure. 4. Prepare product welding test pieces. 5. Pipe flanges shall comply with the provisions of the HG/T 20592–HG/T 20635 series of standards, and a necked butt-weld flange, a metal wound gasket with reinforcing rings, and high-strength studs of special grade shall be used in combination. 6. All non-destructive testing (RT/UT) shall be performed on Class A and Class B butt joints of the container shell. 7. All welded joints require surface testing using magnetic particle (MT) or penetrant (PT) inspection. 8. Pressure vessels made of carbon steel and low-alloy steel that contain extremely hazardous media, as well as their pressure-bearing components, shall undergo post-weld heat treatment. 9. A conduit should be installed at the outlet of the safety valve or rupture disc to direct the discharged medium to a safe location where it can be properly treated; toxic materials must not be released directly into the atmosphere. 10. The level gauge has a protection device to prevent leaks. 11. To minimize the leakage of the medium outside through the safety valve, it can be used in series with a burst disc. 12. Pressure relief disc safety devices shall not be used alone, but may be connected in series with safety valves. 13. Steel pipes of grades 10, 20, and Q345D as specified in GB/T 8163 shall not be used. 14. Steel pipes of Class III and Class IV as specified in GB/T 12771 shall not be used. 15. Steel pipes specified in GB/T 24593 shall not be used. 16. Steel pipes of Class VI as specified in GB/T 21832 shall not be used. 17. Pressured components shall not use Q235 series steel plates. 18. Any welding repairs performed after post-weld heat treatment require reheat treatment of the repaired area. 19. For cold-formed steel pressure members, if the deformation rate exceeds the range specified in Table 4 of p330, heat treatment to restore the material properties should be carried out after forming. 20. For spherical tanks containing extremely or highly hazardous media, the inlet and outlet openings should be provided at the top. 21. Lined composite structures shall not be used. 22. The use of a reinforcement ring structure is not recommended.
The original poster has covered it quite comprehensively! Article 4 applies to containers made of carbon steel and low-alloy steel
