When performing calculations for tank instability in accordance with Appendix B of GB50341, clause B4.1 stipulates that the theoretical wave number for tank instability should be greater than or equal to 2 and not exceed 10. Could you please explain what this means? What will be the impact if N is greater than 10? Is there a source? Thank you.
