Relationship between the heat release of the heating furnace burner and air pressure drop

The burners of tubular heating furnaces generally exhibit the relationship shown in the diagram: (1) at the same air temperature, the greater the air pressure drop, the greater the heat release from the burner; (2) at the same air pressure drop, the lower the air temperature, the greater the heat release from the burner. This is similar to our preheating furnace; by adjusting the dampers, heat is removed. A high pressure drop indicates less air entering, and thus less heat being removed as well
