For mixing vessels, the effects of stirring and heat transfer must be considered. 2. The second common form is that the diameter of the coil should not be large considering the processing. The pitch is generally 1.5-2 times the diameter of the tube, which is determined according to the required heat transfer area. The coil in the mixing vessel also takes into account the fluid flow. 3. The tapered head is often used in connecting sections of different diameters and vertical containers to facilitate discharging. Spherical crown heads are often used as intermediate heads. If used as end heads, due to the relatively large local stress at the connection with the cylinder, reinforcement needs to be considered.
