What welding wire and flux are used for 15CrMo and Q345R?

There is a tower whose base is made of 15CrMo and Q345R. What kind of welding wire, flux, or electrode should be used for welding these materials?

Select Q345R to proceed
Using 15CrMo welding material will cause the Q345R material to crack; a welding material of lower strength grade should be used instead.
