Forging certificate

Please check if there are any issues with the forging certificate in the attached diagram.

The attached image shows the differences between the old and new versions of the forging standards in terms of forging grade, inspection items, and number of inspections required. The new standard sets different requirements regarding the number of tests for tensile and impact testing of Grade II and III forgings. The image above shows the requirements of the new version of the standard.
The new forging standards specify that forgings with the same furnace number, the same heat treatment and forging process, the same forging ratio, and similar nominal thicknesses should be grouped together. It is clearly a violation of these standards to list a maximum forging size of DN900 and a minimum size of DN50 on the certificate for such a group.
